01 Days Out = 1x Item Day Rate
02 Days Out = 2x Item Day Rate
03 Days Out = 3x Item Day Rate
04-07 Days Out = 4 x Item Day Rate from February 15 - July 15 and from September 15 - December 15
04-07 Days Out = 3 x Item Day Rate from July 16 - September 14 and from December 16 - February 14th
08-10 Days Out =6 or 8x Item Day Rate
11-15 Days Out = 6 or 8 x Item Day Rate
3 or 4 days per week until rental period is over.
One day out = One 1-24 hour period on-site.

Will Call Rentals
(You Pick Up & Return Individual Items or we Deliver and Pikcup)
System rental day rate multipliers will apply with the exception of the weekend being
counted as one day out.

Will-call rental hours, 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Weekend pickup & return requires $100.00 fee for each open-up.
Customer pickup of all will-call rentals will be no earlier than 2pm on the day before the first rental day.All will-call rentals must be returned by 10am the day following the last rental day, or additional charges may be due.

A $75.00 Rush Delivery Charge will be applied for rentals made within 24 hours.

Air freight and OTR trucking rates outside of the DC Area will be quoted on a per event basis.

Insurance Requirements
Client assumes all responsibility for loss or damage of equipment for the duration of rental period whether our personnel are present, or not. Certificate of insurance, security deposit, or credit card approval required for all rentals.

Rental and Purchasing Conditions
All rentals and purchases are subject to all stated terms and conditions. All rental items are subject to prior reservation and availability.

Equipment reservation cancellations are always subject to fees for any expenses incurred in preparation up to that point (shipping, shop preparation, re-rent completions, etc...). Equipment reservations cancelled less than 48 hours from time of load-in are subject to cancellation fee of one half the estimated rental charges. Equipment rental cancellation fee for cancellations received after the equipment has left our shop will be charged out at the full estimated rental rate.

Rentals are taxable. Prices quoted for equipment and expendable purchase do not include any applicable sales taxes and shipping/handling charges.

Equipment sold here is "as is" and no warranty is expressed, or implied. We only guarantee that it will work at the time you test it at, or we ship it from our facility. If it works when you unpack it, or at the time you take it out our door, then our responsibility for that equipment ends right there.

All expendable and used equipment sales are final, although in some cases we can guarantee a minimum amount of time that used gear will perform as implied. After that, all bets are off again. New gear is covered by manufacturer warranty only if applicable.

All payments are to be COD unless prior arrangements are made. We accept Mastercard and VISA for all sales* Personal and out of state checks will be required to clear before we can ship, or release equipment. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. All orders subject to stock/availability.
